I built this workbook for myself and later updated it for my writing group and friends to combine my favorite parts of the more mystical, manifestation-oriented with the effective (but extremely dry) SMART goals I’d been taught to use. It’s designed to be customized, updated, discarded, and used piecemeal as you see fit. I use it differently every year.
